Template: Software project management on Notion

We've been using this template for almost a year now to track the work of our engineering and design teams.

Notion has powerful filters, groupings and views that allow us a lot of flexibility to display and add work to do.

Here's a couple features this template has:

👩‍💻 Track issues for designers and developers

The "Status" of the issue dictates if it's gonna appear on the Engineering or the Design board. When creating something new ideally the issue would first go through all design statuses and then "bubble up" to the development statuses. 

🏔 Epics

By adding child tasks to any issue it will turn it into an Epic, and will also create a back link in the child tasks to the parent issue.

📝 Task, bug and feature templates

When adding an issue, choose an existing template to set some default fields and create some structure on the body of the issue.

An easy way to see everything assigned to you that is active or complete
